We are looking for an Assistant Director of Studies to join our academic management team. REQUIREMENTS: Cambridge DELTA or Trinity Diploma essential Experience of teaching a wide variety of courses and levels Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organisational skills MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Carrying out teacher observations for an experienced teaching staff, recruitment, teacher support and induction, materials, monitoring and developing courses, dealing with the pastoral and academic demands of students, student discipline, organising INSET sessions, cover for DoS in her absence, cover teaching.
